Inland from the Adriatic, the hills invite you to explore a landscape of farmland, small settlements and roads that follow the contours of the land. This circular route links Montemarciano, Chiaravalle and Monte San Vito, combining the atmosphere of the towns with the open spaces of the countryside. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to pause, take in the surroundings and get to know this corner of Le Marche. The route’s charm lies in its blend of everyday life, rural scenery and rolling hills.
The route starts in Montemarciano and heads south, leaving the town behind and descending towards Chiaravalle. Here, it turns west through farmland to reach Monte San Vito. It then heads north, climbing through the hills towards Santa Lucia. Beyond the village, the route continues through the countryside, following bends and changing gradients. The final stretch turns east through the hills behind the coast before returning to Montemarciano to complete the circuit.
