A cycling route of around 24 km starting from Calcinelli and leading riders through the varied landscapes of Colli al Metauro, between the valley floor, rolling hills, historic villages and rural countryside.

The route runs mainly on asphalted roads, with some sections on secondary roads, compact gravel and mixed surfaces. From Calcinelli, the itinerary heads inland, gradually climbing through farmland, ridges and small settlements, reaching places such as Saltara, Cartoceto and Serrungarina.

The central section is the most panoramic and varied, with a more noticeable climb leading into the hills, where wide views open up across the Metauro landscape. Here, the ride passes through an authentic rural setting of cultivated fields, olive groves, quiet roads and villages that still preserve a strong connection with local history and traditions.

After reaching the highest points of the route, the itinerary gradually returns towards the valley floor, with a long descent and smoother sections leading back towards Calcinelli.

It is an ideal route for anyone wishing to discover Colli al Metauro by bike, combining more active sections with time to enjoy the landscape, villages and local culture, in a ride that reflects the authentic character of the Marche hinterland.
