A few steps from Piazza Corridoni is located Palazzo Persichetti Ugolini, whose history fully represents the care and attention that the people of Corridonia has paid to its artistic assets. In fact, the building was purchased by Anton Clemente Ugolini, a private citizen who transformed it from a Franciscan convent into a private residence, saving it from Napoleon's appropriation. Today, it preserves the Municipal Art Gallery, which boasts local artworks dating back to the 15th century. Among others, the works of Durante Nobili da Caldarola, Pier Simone Fanelli and Francesco Trevisani are worthy of mention. The collection also includes works of sacred art, which perfectly describe the local heritage and religious devotion, among which the paintings of Sigismondo Martini certainly stand out.
The building is also known for hosting the Blessed Pilgrim Benedict Joseph Labre who prayed the statue of the Virgin Mary under its arches.
In front of Palazzo Persichetti Ugolini is located Velluti Theater, named after the famous singer Giambattista Velluti, born in Corridonia. It was built in the 18th century on the remains of the ancient, deconsecrated church of Sant'Antonio da Padova and consolidation works were completed in 1909 by Sigismondo Martini. According to popular belief, the artist was inspired by the women he loved without being reciprocated to represent the Muses of the auditorium ceiling.

Corridonia's cultural heritage also includes the many companies located in the industrial center of the city that reinterpret the ancient local arts in a modern way. Curious travelers are invited to visit Vetreria Gorbini, active since 1950, and witness the precious art of glass processing.
